Josh Gittins from Lancaster University’s Environment Centre will talk about ways the impact of farming on pollution and water quality is being reduced. He’ll cover:
Josh is a PhD student and Associate Lecturer at Lancaster Environment Centre. His research focuses on reducing phosphorus in freshwaters from agricultural land-use, using novel and cost-effective strategies, in partnership with United Utilities and West Cumbria Rivers Trust.
Refreshments will be provided and there’ll be time for questions.
