We need help with practical tasks in and around Flimby to help reduce flooding in the village. Tasks will range from tree planting to drain clearance and will be undertaken on the first Thursday of each month.
When: 3rd October. Please arrive for 9.30am start. The event will run till 3.30pm.
Meeting point: The group will meet in the car park of Flimby Sports and Social Club on Chapel Street, Flimby, CA15 8QG.
Tools are provided.
Please bring your own waterproofs, sturdy footwear, lunch and gloves if you have them.
