What: Wild garlic signifies the emergence of Winter in to Spring and is just what we need to nourish us at this time of year. Join us to learn about wild garlic, its benefit, how to identify it and ideas for what to do with it. We will also harvest some leaves, light the campfire and have a go at making wild garlic fritters.
Who: Suitable for all abilities, no experience is necessary and we will provide all the tools and materials.
Notes: Please ensure you wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and for an outdoor setting. Sturdy footwear is advised. Participants must be 18+
