Jodie Mills
Director

Jodie brings a lifelong passion for nature and 30 years' experience in grassroots conservation to her role. She leads the operational and strategic direction of the Trust, driving our mission to protect our precious watery world with a positive, can-do approach. Jodie believes that healthy rivers thrive when local communities are empowered to care for them. When she isn't securing vital funding or guiding her fabulous team, she can be found swimming in the lakes and rivers she helps protect.
Vikki Salas

Vikki brings strategic leadership and a hands-on approach to our Senior Management Team. She oversees the multi-million-pound Resilient Glenderamackin project and leads the Trust’s Catchment Partnership initiatives - including her role as Chair of the West Cumbria Catchment Partnership - to deliver large-scale environmental restoration across our landscapes.

Luke helps shape the Trust's big-picture vision while supporting our team's personal and professional growth. He also heads up our large-scale river restoration projects, partnering closely with the Environment Agency and Natural England to bring vital rivers and catchments back to life.
