West Cumbria Rivers Trust seeks new trustees to help shape the future of West Cumbria’s rivers
West Cumbria Rivers Trust’s Trustees on a site visit at Walkmill Community Woodland near Whitehaven
It’s Trustee Week, and West Cumbria Rivers Trust is looking for some fresh faces to join our board of trustees. If you care about rivers, wildlife, and making a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also particularly interested in board members with experience in business, law, or education.
Trustees play a vital role in guiding the organisation’s strategy, ensuring good governance, and helping the Trust continue its work to protect and restore rivers and wildlife across West Cumbria.
Those interested can find out more about the Trust’s work on this website, and download the Trustee Welcome Pack to see what’s involved.
For an informal discussion, potential applicants can contact Jodie Mills, Director, at jodie@westcumbriariverstrust.org
To apply, applicants should send their CV with covering letter explaining why they’d make a great Trustee to Jodie at the address above. The deadline for applications is 7 December, 5pm.
